Compensation & Benefits

Every associate and counsel at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP is well compensated. Base salaries are augmented by an individualized annual bonus that is based on the associate’s contribution to the firm.

Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge also offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full time associates and counsel. Our goal is to provide attorneys with benefits that enhance quality of life for families and individuals and reflect innovative and valuable lifestyle choices.

Benefits begin on the first day of work at the firm. Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge Flexible Benefits is different from traditional benefit programs in that it gives you greater choice and flexibility. With EAPD Flexible Benefits, you design your own benefits package based on your personal benefits needs and individual style. Most deductions are made on a pre-tax basis. Medical, dental, vision and life benefits are available to qualified Domestic Partner and Common Law Spouses.

Effective September 1, 2007, EAPD raised its starting salaries for new associates across the firm. The firm's leadership undertook this step in recognition of the value we place on our attorneys and in light of recent market adjustments in the legal community.
