Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge UK LLP actively supports professional development.  New recruits are provided with an orientation program incorporating an introduction to the firm and Insurance-specific training.  Assistants/Associates are provided with training sessions across the practice groups in addition to a mentor and buddy.  We hold regular practice group meetings and provide one-to-one coaching from Post Qualification Experience 5 upwards.
