Christie Lombard Martin serves as counsel to government entities and 501(c)(3) organizations and to investment bankers and banks in connection with the tax-exempt financing of a variety of projects for public and non-profit organizations. Her practice focuses on municipal finance-related federal tax law and includes general obligation bond financings, qualified 501(c)(3) private activity bond financings, tax revenue anticipation and other working capital financings.
