Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP will host a School of Insurance and Reinsurance program on April 23, 2007 at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Hamilton, Bermuda.

Participants of this program will be able to attend the following sessions:

  • “Development in U.S. Antitrust Law and Implications for the Insurance Industry” - Ruth Dowling and Michael Gass, partners in our Boston office, will lead a discussion of antitrust issues affecting the insurance industry.

  • “D&O Check-up Lunch and Learn” - Mary-Pat Cormier, John Hughes, partners in our Boston office, and John McCarrick, a partner in our New York office, will host a series of discussion topics for attendees

  • “D&O Basics” - Gard Holby, counsel in our New York office, and Maurice Pesso, an associate in our New York office, will provide an overview of D&O liability, indemnification and the structure and mechanics of the D&O policy.
