Nick Pearson, a partner in our New York office, spoke at Harris Martin Publishing’s conference, “Reinsurance, Arbitration & Mediation Conference: Proceeding in a New World,” held March 26 – 27, 2009 at the Fontainbleu Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Florida.
Nick was a speaker for the “Capital Markets Components: Impact of Collateral Debt Obligations on Reinsurance” session held on March 26, 2009. This session addressed the structure of CDO's and mortgage-backed securities.
