Glenn G. Pudelka is an associate in the firm's Business Law and Intellectual Property Departments. His practice focuses on intellectual property issues (concentrating in the areas of copyright and trademarks), licensing, and franchising, as well as general corporate, intellectual property litigation support, bankruptcy, and privacy law. He represents individuals and companies in publishing/entertainment, information technology, and biotechnology, and information technology fields as well as numerous colleges and universities. Prior to joining the firm, Glenn worked for eight years as a book editor for several publishing houses in New York City.

Glenn is currently the Chair of the NE Chapter of The Copyright Society of the U.S.A., and is formerly a co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Arts, Entertainment and Sports Law Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for MassBioEd, a nonprofit charitable organization founded by the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council, and participates in the city-wide Power Lunch program, which is dedicated to reading to children withinin the Boston public schools.
