Lindsay focuses her practice in the area of corporate law with particular emphasis on the representation of public and private technology-driven companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions and joint ventures. Lindsay also counsels companies with respect to corporate governance issues, including the fiduciary duties of directors and officers.

After law school, Lindsay began practicing law at a large Boston firm, where she was a member of the business practice group. Lindsay's practice focused on venture capital financings, '34 Act compliance and public offerings of securities, private equity fund formations and representing emerging growth and technology companies.
