One Financial Plaza is located in the heart of Providence's Financial District on Westminster Street. The building is easily accessible from I-95 & I-195. Within walking distance are numerous hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, including Providence Place Mall.

From Points North

• Take I-95 South into Providence, RI
• Take Exit 22C-B-A toward Downtown/Providence Place Mall
• Take Exit 22B-A on the Left
• Take Exit 22A, Memorial Blvd. on the Left toward Downtown
• Turn slight LEFT onto Memorial Blvd.
• Turn RIGHT onto Westminster St.
• The building is located on Westminster Street on the right-hand side.

From Points South

• Take I-95 North into Providence, RI
• Take Exit 22A-B-C for US 6/RI 10
• Take Exit 22B-A on the Right
• Take EXIT 22A, Memorial Blvd. toward Downtown

From Points East

• Take I-195 West into Providence, RI

Parking

Parking is available for tenants and guests underneath the building. The entrance to the parking level is located on Fulton Street. Parking is operated by Intown Parking, who has a valet attendant onsite, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm with the following rates:

1 hour $10.00
1 ½ hours $12.00
2 hours $14.00
3 hours $16.00
4 hours $18.00
5 hours $20.00
All Day $22.00

Cars gain access to the parking area via the truck elevator located to the right of the receiving dock entrance. Monthly parkers are asked to keep the “OFP” mirror tag in sight to identify that they are authorized for parking, and they are asked to park in their designated location. They may park their car themselves or have the valet park their car for them. In the wintertime, the garage door must remain closed to keep out the cold air. To make sure your car doesn’t go unnoticed; please pull up onto the curb in front of the garage door in view of the security camera. The garage door will then open, and you will be greeted by a member of the valet staff.

When you wish to leave the building, please call security (401-808-6781), inform them that you wish to leave, and identify your car. The valet will collect your car from the basement and have it waiting for you at the receiving dock. Since there is limited space at the receiving dock, please retrieve your car within a short timeframe so that other parkers are not impeded.

If the valet staff is unavailable to retrieve your car, please call security (401-808-6781), inform them that you wish to leave, and a member of the security staff will assist you.

A bicycle rack is located in the parking garage below the basement.
