Patricia represents clients in a wide variety of primarily civil, commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes litigation of employment related claims in federal court and before state administrative agencies. She also handles claims of negligence in product manufacture and design, wrongful death, and adverse possession of real property.
Notable Experience
- Successfully represented a client before the Immigration Court in her application for asylum on account of the political persecution she endured before fleeing Cameroon. Currently assisting this client in preparing asylum applications on behalf of her husband and four children.
- Successfully defended a financial services company against allegations of national origin discrimination in a place of public accommodation before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
- Successfully represented clients seeking unemployment benefits before the Massachusetts Division of Unemployment Assistance in matters referred by the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Greater Boston Legal Services.

While in law school, Patricia worked full-time as a Law Clerk in the Public Policy and Legislative Practice Group at Arnold & Porter LLP. She focused on matters involving state and federal campaign finance, lobbying and ethics laws.
Prior to law school, Patricia worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant and District Representative for Thomas J. Bliley, Jr. (retired). She advised Rep. Bliley on legislative issues relating to health care, education and immigration.
