Jeanne represents U.S. and international clients in insurance and reinsurance litigations and arbitrations. She has represented and counseled in matters involving property and casualty and life and health reinsurance, coverage issues, insolvencies and regulatory issues, as well as a variety of other insurance and reinsurance matters.

Notable Experience
  • Jeanne has represented cedents and reinsurers in numerous litigations and arbitrations with respect to a variety of issues including allocation, number of occurrences and rescission.

  • She has counseled cedents and reinsurers with respect to claims handling and coverage issues.

  • In addition, Jeanne has negotiated and drafted settlement agreements and commutation agreements of behalf of clients.

  • Jeanne has experience drafting reinsurance contracts and assisting clients in the review and analysis of reinsurance contracts.

  • She has represented reinsurers in matters relating to two major Pennsylvania Liquidations and other insolvencies.

  • Jeanne has represented a leading aviation insurance pool in litigations to secure increases in LOCs, necessitated by 9/11 and other large aviation losses.

  • She has also represented reinsurers in multiple arbitrations involving surety bond claims.
