Emily recently assisted with the following transactions:
- construction financing for a major Boston hotel.
- construction contract for a utility company project.
- acquisition for a commercial project in South Boston.
- loan secured by timberlands in eight states, in a deal with a total purchase price of $3.1 billion.
- refinancing of an elderly affordable housing project.

Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Keith C. Long of the Massachusetts Land Court, where she gained experience in land use and zoning matters.
